Roy Crowne is the National Director of Youth for Christ in Britain. Roy has written and edited a peer-to-peer evangelistic training course, called 'The Art of Connecting'. He was involved with the birth of Hope08. Roy is married to Florence and they have two sons, John and Michael.

Andy Hawthorne is the Founder and Director of The Message Trust, Manchester – a youth organization that has birthed The Tribe, Blushuk, LZ7, Eden, Genetik evangelist training school, The LifeCentre, Breathe conferences and the Eden bus ministry. He is also one of the founders of the Hope08 initiative. Andy is also a popular conference speaker and as spoken at New Wine, Spring Harvest, Soul Survivor, Stoneleigh, Easter People and many more. He is Manchester born and bred.

Mike Pilavachi is founder and Pastor of Soul Survivor Watford, a congregation aiming to reach out to the young people of Watford. He is the founder and leader of Soul Survivor, a youth organisation seeking to reach, disciple, equip and empower young people to make a difference in their generation. He is also an author and an international speaker.

Steve Clifford is part of the leadership of Pioneer and Inspire - a group of churches and relationships within the Pioneer network. He travels extensively, working with leadership teams, caring for churches, looking to see radical expression of the body of Christ growing across the UK and further afield. Steve is also part of the leadership of Soul Survivor (a ministry among young people both in the UK and a number of nations around the world) working alongside Mike Pilavachi. Currently Steve is chairing the Board and Leadership Team of Hope08. Other responsibilities include - Director of Evangelical Alliance and Spring Harvest, and a member of the Fusion Student Workers Board. He is married to Ann, with two children Jake and Jordan.
