HOPE Prayer

Effective mission is embedded in prayer. Let's start 2012 the way we mean to go on – beginning with prayer. The new HOPE Prayer website is a place where we can share prayer ideas and experiences. In from the cold

Seven Swansea churches are working together to care for the homeless, using their buildings during the coldest months. The new night shelter launches under the banner of Swansea Hope providing emergency accommodation and a hot meal for rough sleepers.

The Diamond Jubilee celebrations offer churches a great opportunity to get out into the community. Serve your neighbours and the families in your area by taking a lead. Your church can be a catalyst for once-in-a-lifetime street parties and festivities which will be remembered for decades.

Start planning to take part on the day, when up to six million people are expected to sit down together for a Big Jubilee Lunch.
