Plant a field of Hope during 2008

For several years, Marie Curie Cancer Care has run a campaign which invites supporters to plant a Field of Hope, wouldn't it be great to take advantage of our focus on HOPE during 2008 to work with Marie Curie and our neighbours to plant a field of Hope in our locality?

Marie Curie also have offer a Field of Hope Kit Challenge. The Field of Hope Kit is a free planting kit containing everything that you need to plant your own Field of Hope; the kit is aimed at youth groups. It contains 100 daffodil bulbs, gardening gloves, trowel, sponsorship forms and promotional materials. The kits will be promoted from May/June 2008 and the bulbs are desptached in October in good time for planting. More bulbs can be purchased locally - indeed perhaps a local nursery would be willing to help with the project in some way.
