Four year framework
Although there is an outline of how HOPE Together plans to encourage HOPE activity, we most definately do not want to be prescriptive. The beauty of the HOPE movement is that there is a great flexibility in what can be done as part of it.
Some areas have annual events of a certain type and are building on this and others would like to focus on one or two opportunities for HOPE activity. However many churches are aware that they need to become more outward focussed but need guidance or support. This framework exists to help those who want practical advice on how to raise their mission temperature over the next four years.
We will provide resources in line with these key opportunities to share the Gospel in word and action. Sign up to receive information as it is released.

Easter 2011
What better opportunity to tell the story of Jesus than at Easter time? HOPE Together will encourage us all to enhance the Christian opportunity that we have around the Easter festival. Easter continues to grow in interest, both through the media and personally, with the growth in church service attendance at that time.
Harvest 2012
Sometimes Harvest is seen as a kids festival or just a day when you bring tins and packets to church, an Anglican one at that. There is a feeling that many of us have lost our commitment to being truly thankful. We can use a time of thanksgiving also to look to the needs of others who have less and reach out to them.
Summer fun days and street evangelism 2013
Summer or late spring is the best time for the family fun day or HOPE on the streets, although in this country you are not always guaranteed a dry day. Events held up and down have hailed the success of the two aspects together - doing social action and street evangelism and having the fun day aspect to invite people to. Community businesses are often up for getting involved which will strengthen your relationship with them.
Christmas 2013
Christmas has always been a time where commercialism rallies alongside religious observance. But the celebration of the birth of Jesus is a prime opportunity to speak about your faith more and maybe do something a little more eye catching or creative in your church or community.
All-out year of mission 2014
2014 will be the culmination of the previous years and will aim to get the Church out of the buildings and being good news to the people around them. The vision is to see Christians all over the country in every village, town and city doing and sharing throughout the year. Let's be the whole Church, reaching the whole nation for the whole year.
